Professional Development

A large part of my current job is professional development and establishing Professional Learning Communities.  I tailor professional development topics as well as delivery to the various groups.  I've provided an example of 1 professional development opportunity for the staff groups below to showcase my depth of knowledge and ability to provide quality professional development based on the staff needs.
